Each product is hand-made, in house per your specifications, we generally do not accept returns nor exchanges. However, we strive to provide the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issue or question you have about your order. Should you request a different color, we will ask you to cover the shipping fees both ways and costs associated with the remade/recoated part to be assessed at time of contact.

Cancellations 

Not Accepted. Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Use caution when opening your items. We take extreme care to package each order to ensure your product does not get scratched. Use caution when opening with scissors or sharp objects. Do not scratch your items by using sharp objects to open the packaging.

Before our items leave our hands, they are in great condition and packaged with extreme care, to ensure your product does not get scratched or damaged. However, we have no control over the package once it is shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands. Very rarely we are contacted because product arrives damaged. Because of this all items have insurance. In the event an item gets damaged in transit the buyer is responsible to file a claim to be reimbursed. Pictures of the damaged package and invoice may be needed.

If you request a custom design, please see our custom design listing which includes details on the cost & process. BUYER assumes responsibility to acquire any permissions necessary for design images provided. When ordering a custom design, buyer accepts responsibility for any copyright issues that may arise from providing images. We also reserve the rights to reuse custom images.

Each item that is ordered personalized with a custom grafic design or personal message: A mock-up/proof will be provided by email for customers approval. If we receive no response the item will be shipped out to meet our shipping deadline.

Closest matches are powder coat colors that get as close to factory automotive paint as possible. Not always exact. If in doubt order a swatch. We can help you with ordering swatches, however there may be a small fee involved.
